I'm literally forced to do this...
Welcome back to "The most forgotten, yet most effective tools of marketing" show. This show doesn't exist, but wouldn't it be cool if it did?
Anyway, last time I promised to tell you more about the tool that has been in the "Internet world" for years and is still one of the most effective marketing tools out there.
My relationship with this tool is great but complicated. Which relationship isn't, right?
Two years ago, I was coaching a group of students on how to create and sell online courses. To my surprise, a lot of our discussions revolved around...this tool that was an instrumental piece of the whole "how to sell online courses" system. And because I have been using this tool since 2014, creating a separate course on how to use it crossed my mind...
But then I got to work on other more significant projects and never put that idea into action even though the tool kept working for me like a well-oiled machine.
Even though I was working on various projects for clients (from business modelling to business and marketing strategies to Facebook ads), I kept on consulting and helping my clients with this tool ever since I realized how effective it could be. And I was doing that "on the side," never treating it as my "main thing."
End of last year, I was part of a mastermind with Rebecca Tracey (Uncagedlife) and guess what happened? Yes, I started helping her and others with using this tool too. Recently, last week I think, Rebecca invited me to do a masterclass on it for students of her recent program launch.
I think that is enough proof of how vital this tool is.
Have you guessed what it is?
Drumroll, please…

Email marketing. Yep, I know, right!
Email, these days, is something so common that you don't even treat it as a marketing tool. Everyone uses emails, but not everyone realizes email marketing is a VERY effective way to sell your products and services. And most of us just scratch the surface when it comes to using email correctly in their marketing.
I've used email marketing since I started building my online empire in 2014. In 2016 I did a major revamp of how I used email marketing in my business. This overhaul was responsible for two things (1) a 300% increase in sales in a month and (2) more free time on my hands because it was mostly automated. Back then, I spent two weeks designing and building the "beast." Now it takes me a day or two to develop an equivalent of that + a few days to write all the emails I need. Once it is all ready, I flip the switch, plug it into my funnel, and all the cogs in the machine start working for me.
Here's how the first "beast" looked like (and it is not even the full thing!)

Like my scribbles? 😉
The email marketing machine kept working for me all these years.
When Rebecca sent me a Voxer message last week inviting me to do the masterclass, the first thing I thought was: "Man! So many people still need help with this."
On May 8th, I will be running a masterclass for Rebecca's audience. And I know that this one masterclass won't be enough time for me to explain everything and that I will create followup lessons to go deeper into the topic. And that means I will be creating a program around email marketing.
So many people need help with email marketing, and I've been using it and consulting on it for years, but I never got to create a program around it. I think it is high time I did because too many entrepreneurs are struggling to see results with all those new, fancy, shiny objects completely forgetting (and not realizing) the power of email marketing:
- Email is an easy way to reach mobile customers - people check their phones ALL-THE-TIME
- Email drives online and offline sales
- Consumers who receive email marketing spend 83% more when shopping
- The average return on marketing is 44x - meaning for every dollar spend you get $44 back, what!
- Email marketing is more effective than social media to acquire customers
- Is easy to integrate with your other tools and strategies
- Is inexpensive and easy to implement for any type of business
- Is personal and highly customizable
- Gives the ability to engage with your audience and nurture them
- The ability to build trust and authority, which results in sales
- You can measure its effectiveness
- It's convenient; it's personal, it's instant
- Is automated - I built "the beast" once, and it was working for me 24/7
...I could go on, and on, and on, and on...
So, it wouldn't be fair if I haven't told you about my plans for building this email marketing program and if I have released a product without letting you know. My audience and people on my list always get a headstart before I release any of my products publicly and start promoting it with Facebook ads etc.
My audience is quite diversified - I have 5, 6, 7-figures business owners on my list from a variety of industries. And I usually send emails to segmented groups of my whole list (you will learn why you need to do that and how to do it from the program). But this time, I am sending this email to everyone on the list, posting on my blog and my Facebook groups because I know so many businesses need it. Regardless of size or stage, they are at.
So my question to you is - are you interested in learning more about email marketing and taking part in my course? The course doesn't exist yet, because I JUST made a decision I need to gather my 6+ years of experience and package it into a simple, bite-sized and practical program on email marketing. But the first modules will be ready in the next 2-3 weeks. I need a few weekends to record what I have in my head.
This course will be nowhere near the usual price tags of my other "signature" products (prices for those start at $2.5k), and I will only create it if enough people from my audience (aka YOU) want to take part in it.
Good online courses these days often start at around $1k, but I'm thinking of launching this closer to $500.
Maybe even a bit less as a beta round for the first 5-10 people.
If you're interested - click here, to get more info. If you're not interested - we're back to the regular programming 🙂
Fair?
Ok, let's go. Click here if you want in and want more information.
Not interested? All good, no hard feelings.
