Building a business doesn't require a large team or complex operations. There are countless examples of very successful people running a one-man show with amazing financial results and profitability.
By leveraging the right tools and resources, I was able to create a highly profitable consulting business that gives me the freedom to work on my terms (at an 86% profti margin). The model of solo-entrepreneurship in consulting offers a perfect blend of active income (through consulting) and passive income (via productized services and courses).
Remember, the key to success in this model is efficiency and effective use of tools and technology.

- Calendly: Priced at $15 per month, Calendly is an invaluable tool for scheduling calls with clients. It simplifies the process of booking appointments, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails and helping you manage your time more effectively.
- Virtual Assistant (VA): Hiring a VA for $25 per hour can significantly enhance your productivity. A VA can handle administrative tasks, leaving you with more time to focus on delivering value to your clients.
